worse place to rent

This is one of the worse places anyone could live in the downtown area. wayyyyyy over priced

Not a happy and good experience

I am stressed every month since I moved in. The charges and fees to live in this apartment are too much. Unclear payment structure since day 1. Need to call frequently simply just to ask how to pay my rent because the RentCafe online payment method was not set up properly plus no one tells you what to do clearly. This is the first time in my life worried about paying my rent NOT because I don't have the money! I feel ridiculous! Other fees and bills are also not clear and pop out suddenly once in a while to surprise you. My experience is not very happy here.

Not worth the money

Overpriced and lazy staff. Buildings are covered in spider webs, steps are falling apart, and there’s never open parking. The staff in the office are super lazy and unknowledgeable. The only helpful person who ever gets stuff done is Kelly.

Rent

I received an email today stating that my rent had not been paid. I have it set up with auto-pay so I checked my checking account and it has been deducted.
