Pet Policy
Arbors at Harbor Town Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. With nearby walking trails, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.
Our non-refundable pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $400 for two pets. We do have a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet per month. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Best of all, we don't have a weight limit at our community. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Husky
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St, Bernard
*Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation
Other Pets Restricted:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
